• Shipping is FREE for all Orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $7.5 applies to Australian orders.

• All orders are fully track-able.

• International shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $20 AUD applies. 

• You can expect delivery 10-15 business days after placing the order. 

• Please note that import restrictions and any associated costs is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• We do not take responsibility for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance.

• Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number, which can be used to track your purchase through the Sendle Courier website.

• All orders are shipped via Sendle Courier.

Returns & Refunds

Bondi Zinc Sunscreen is unable to process returns for purchases made from any of our stockists. Should you want to return a Bondi Zinc Sunscreen product you will need to contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to that vendors return policy. Products brought on our website, bondizincsunscreen.com.au, you may return new and unused within 14 days of the date of receipt – where a refund will be issued the purchase cost of the product(s) minus the shipping cost. No refund can be made for products that have been used. Please note that only products purchased from bondizincsunscreen.com.au will be accepted for return.

Warranty Claim

Bondi Zinc Sunscreen products should be free from defects. If your product is defective, Bondi Zinc Sunscreen will replace products free of charge. Proof of purchase will be required. Refunds will not be considered.
